Recently there has been talk about should girls be allowed to work in the construction industry.Quite allot of girls have started to be interested construction. People are saying that girls are to weak and would not be treated like equals because they are girls not strong hairy men that can get down and dirty but sometimes it can be the other way around.
Girls should have the same opportunity as boys because girls can multi task. another thing is that girls can sometimes be more committed to what they are doing. So to get girls into the feel there has been a construction class for girls only were girls are working on there eating area. All the girls are enjoying themselves but Will there enjoyment be over soon?
On the other hand construction sites are dangerous work places. And yes girls can be tough and are strong but when it comes to heavy items it can be harder work for girls to lift them.Another thing is that girls could be harassed and put under pressure.
There are clearly two sides to this issue. I believe that girls can have there say and pick what they want to do because what if girls want to get down and dirty for once and i think they should.
