It’s a tradition that men work at building sites. Girls use to  do the sewing and the house work but recently some woman have been training to be construcion workers. so do you think girls should?

Girls should be allowed in a construction industry because girls have a great attention to detail witch is great on a building site.secondly they need more trades because men are loosing interested in construction because men used to leave school at 14 and start a trade career but now they can’t. there also multi tasked.

On the other hand construction sites are really dangerous for woman because there not as strong witch puts other workers at risks. If they  going to have a baby they got to leave and have a break but the company pays maternity leave and there of workers. also woman are not treated as fairly and can get harassed.

there are clearly two sides to this issue. in my opinion i think woman shouldn’t work in construction site because they will just hurt them and there family.  

Magic tricks have been around for ages, they are amazing but scientists are saying they are playing with your mind.

Scientists from America went to magicians labs because they want to find out answers.when you look at a the trick you concotrate on whatever he has in his hand.so when your looking at that he slides something in it from his pocket.

Magic tricks are great so keep on liking them.

Recently an oil rig  has exploion  the Gulf of Mexico.The pressure of the oil coming up too fast causing an explosion.it killed eleven people and the whole thing collapsed.

One and a half km below the surface the oil is still running and at an alarming rate of 800,000 litres a day.this is a really big problem for the environment it is so big you can see the oil from space it will take at least three months to block the hole.once it hits land it could have a devastating effect.Fisheries have been shut down, leaving heaps of locals unemployed and already animals in the wild might be suffering.

I think it a really big oil spill and it is going to be a really huge problem in the future.

Boy Overboard is a story about Jamal,Bibi and their Mum and dad.Mum gets into trouble from the government because she run an illegal school for children.they had to get out of Afghanistan before the government kills them and get to Australia.

I have learned that the government in some countries like Afghanistan are really mean.At the moment i wouldn’t go to Afghanistan because of the government.This book makes me feel emotional because of all the bad things that go wrong to the people in Afghanistan 

I thought the book was great because of all of the excitement and sadness.i would recommend this book to anybody who is interested in other Countries.      

India has been the subject of a number of terrorist attacks in the past few years. In the last few weeks in the city of Pune there was a deadly terrorist attack at a crowded bakery. In 2008 there were attacks at luxury hotels and tourist restaurants in Mumbai which killed 175 people.

Terrorists do these horrible things to attract attention and to shock and scare people. Sporting events such as the Commonwealth Games attract much worldwide interest and crowds which gives the terrorists attention by them threatening attacks.     

The Australian cricket team, netballers and the Commonwealth games Athletes are going to India this year and are concerned about their safety. The officials in India will need to make sure they have strong security at each of the sporting events to protect the Australian sports people. Some of Australia’s best netballers, Commonwealth Games Athletes and cricketers will not go. for example  Shaun Tait and Simon Katich are thinking they might not go because of the risk.

The cricketers are saying that they will go if the security is improved. Over the next few weeks India are trying to practice to make sure it’s safe for the Australian cricket team, the netballers and the athletes.                   

Our bags were packed the buses were waiting and the teachers were ready.The year 6 camp to Wilsons Prom was about to begain.

When we arrived we had to set up our own tents.later on after tea we climed the biggest mountain at Wilsons Prom,Mt Oberon.after that everyone was glad to get some sleep.

The next morning we had breakfast then we went on walk to Skueaqy beach.we climed the rocks and had a swim.We walked back and had morning tea then we went on a bike ride and wrote a letter home.The next activity we did was canoeing and swimming in Tidal river.Then we did Biddys trail it was scarry.

On Wensday morrning after breakfast we had our first activity witch was orentering.We learnt how to use a compass.After orentering we had morrning tea then we did surfin it was my favourite activity.Then later that night we had triva night.

On the last day we had beach flags and games.then we had boogie bording.After boogie bording a big storm arrived.l in the storm we did red faces.All our tents were flooded.

On the last day we had breakfast then we we had beach flags.Then we had to take down our tents it was hard.Then we packed our bags and got on the bus.We stopped at a park and had a play then lunch.Then we went home.I was glad to see Mum andDad.
