Women wearing hard hats and overalls not exactly what were used to,in the past the construction idustry has consisted of men but should woman put on the hard hat and work in the dirt. Theres two sides of the story and some women are willing to take the shovel and do the dirty work.
Women should deffinatly be allowed to work on construction sites women tend to pay attentio to how things look and would be helpful on construction sites and if women are denied a place in construction it would be very sexiest.
On the other hand workers are at risk of doing there job incorrectly and hurting them selves because men tend to act differently around girls.females in work place is bad for the company they will have to pay for maternal leave and waist money instead of using the money on the company.
My oppinion on girls in construction sites is that i believe that they should take the shovel and put on the helmet its unfair that only men can do the dirty work and now that men are losing interest in construction this could be the sollution. the girls in construcion sites is a good idea and could lift weight off companys with lack of employes shoulders.![under_construction[1] under_construction[1]](http://blogs.tps.vic.edu.au/ourspace2010/files/2010/08/under_construction11.jpg)

recently the year sixs of the peninsula school visited ceres in east brunswick. the students participated in 4 activitys but ive chosen to write about one. it was called australia 2030 trials, we were asked a series of quistions about what we would like to be and do in the year 2030. the quistions were set up like options it had for the first quistion what type of house you would like so there were the options like a small energy eficiant house or something like a massive house that uses alot of energy there were heaps of tough desiciions like even how many kids we would want to have. in the end we round are scores up and there were walls with eye holes in them depending on the scores we would look through an eye hole and it would have the future for us some people were happy and sad with there results but other than that it was really fun

On April the 22 of 2010 on the Gulf of Mexico an oil rig exploded
It was caused by the natural gasses from the ground coming up the oil pipe, they all got squashed together
So under all the pressure it exploded. its now the biggest oil spill ever. The blast killed 11 workmen on the rig and has scared people because of the effect of the pollution.
the rig is still pumping oil from the ground into the ocean at 800,000 litres a day, the BP who owned the rig are now responsible for cleaning it all up
They have sent a robot submarine down to fix the leaks in pipe (caused by the explosion) but failed. They have tried to put down a huge slab of concrete to block the leaks but that hasn’t worked either write now attempts to clean up the mess is not looking good.
The BP our burning of the oil lying on top of the water but that isn’t playing a major help.
There are people setting up nets along the water so the oil doesn’t reach the sand so the beaches won’t be effected.
The BP have continued dropping chemicals out of planes to help the oil go away but write now not everything is looking good.
The BP still are trying to find out a way to clean up the disaster.

M.A.S.H is a team of army medics who are helping our injured troops in Afganistan get back in
action and also helping locals who have been in accidents caused by the war.
M.A.S.H stands for mobile army surgical hospital and operates throughout Afganistan. M.A.S.H
is a group of unselfish people who help people get better, the job is tough but they still have some
fun. in Afganistan thier are no hospitals so the M.A.S.H team is forced to work and operate in tents
its a tough job but M.A.S.H allways lives up to thier name.

Our camp to Wilsons Prom had finally come. After an insane night before because I hadn’t finished packing, I was quiet relievd to get out of the house. There were three buses taking 99 kids to a week in tents at Wilsons Prom. For the first day we arrived with are first challenge ………tents. As much as i like the idea of camping tents is not so much my thing
That night we climbed Mt Oberon and that was great in had awsome veiws. The next day we sent postcards home and went in Tidal River and had loads of mud fights.
On Wednesday we had orienteering surfing and the education center. Surfing was my favourite and the ed center was alright.
On Thursday i awoke to bad smell. The night before we had been asked to take all are clothes off the line because a storm was goin to hit. Considering it was late at night it was fairly dark I dropped a few things without knowing so when I woke up I found my jocks had been coverd in wombat poo. Anyway that was a drag .
tThe next day we had boogie bourding and beach games. It was kind of relaxed so it was some good activities to end the camp. That night the storm hit and it was the one that was surposedly going to hit yesterday, so lets just say i was a little unprepared. The front of Tom and my tent was slightly flooded so we swept all the water out and blocked the entrance to our tent. It rained for a long time but we got to sleep.
On Friday we went home. We didnt really do much except hang around at a park before we went on the bus. We stopped to eat lunch and say our thankyou’s to the bus driver and the cooks, then we were on are way home. Overall it was an awsome camp and i want to go there again:)
