Recently there has been talk about should girls be allowed to work in the construction industry.Quite allot of girls have started to be interested construction. People are saying that girls are to weak and would not be treated like equals because they are girls not strong hairy men that can get down and dirty but sometimes it can be the other way around.

Girls should have the same opportunity as boys because girls can multi task. another thing is that girls can sometimes be more committed to what they are doing. So to get girls into the feel there has been a construction class for girls only were girls are working on there eating area. All the girls are enjoying themselves but Will there enjoyment be over soon?

   On the other hand construction sites are dangerous work places.And yes girls can be tough and are strong but when it comes to heavy items it can be harder work for girls to lift them.Another thing is that girls could be harassed and put under pressure.

There are clearly two sides to this issue. I believe that girls can have there say and pick what they want to do because what if girls want to get down and dirty for once and i think they should.

In the past, men have traditionally worked in the construction industry, but now more girls have been getting involved. Girls usually stay home and do the cooking and cleaning but now the girls are making a change. Lots of boys have stopped building because they want eduaction to have a brighter future.

Girls should have the same opportunities as boys. Firstly, most girls do the cooking, cleaning and shopping, but for some girls, thats the thing they hate the most. Boys are usually the ones in the fluro vests and the hard, building hats, but now its the girls. Girls have skills that boys don’t. For instance, girls can multi task and girls are neat and organised. Girls are are more organised and neat, where as boys are more untidy. For example, boys would throw wood in the box, but girls would stack it neatly in the box. Girls should have the same opportunities as boys.

On the other hand construction sites are dangerous work places. Even though girls have lots of skills, boys have skills too. The boys who are builders are usually very bulky and strong, and that means boys can carry more heavy things than girls. If girls try and carry things that they can’t, it leads to injuries. In a construction site all the builders are at risk, from all the dangerous machines, tools and vehicles. Girls might not be treated as an equal on a construction site. For instance, when the boss is choosing someone for a job, he would choose a man because men are tougher and stronger, apparently.

In conclusion I think girls should be allowed to work in the construction industry. Girls are free to be whoever they want to be and have whatever job they like.

It’s a tradition that men work at building sites. Girls use to  do the sewing and the house work but recently some woman have been training to be construcion workers. so do you think girls should?

Girls should be allowed in a construction industry because girls have a great attention to detail witch is great on a building site.secondly they need more trades because men are loosing interested in construction because men used to leave school at 14 and start a trade career but now they can’t. there also multi tasked.

On the other hand construction sites are really dangerous for woman because there not as strong witch puts other workers at risks. If they  going to have a baby they got to leave and have a break but the company pays maternity leave and there of workers. also woman are not treated as fairly and can get harassed.

there are clearly two sides to this issue. in my opinion i think woman shouldn’t work in construction site because they will just hurt them and there family.  

Women wearing hard hats and overalls not exactly what were used to,in the past the construction idustry has consisted of men but should woman put on the hard hat and work in the dirt. Theres two sides of the story and some women are willing to take the shovel and do the dirty work.

Women should deffinatly be allowed to work on construction sites women tend to pay attentio to how things look and would be helpful on construction sites and if women are denied a place in construction it would be very sexiest.

On the other hand workers are at risk of doing there job incorrectly and hurting them selves because men tend to act differently around girls.females in work place is bad for the company they will have to pay for maternal leave and waist money instead of using the money on the company.

My oppinion on girls in construction sites is that i believe that they should take the shovel and put on the helmet its unfair that only men can do the dirty work and now that men are losing interest in construction this could be the sollution. the girls in construcion sites is a good idea and could lift weight off companys with lack of employes shoulders.

Traditionally men do all the construction industry work but more recently there have been discussions about if women should be allowed to work in the construction industry.

Women should be allowed to work in the construction industry because they should have the same rights as boys, if boys are allowed to do what they want. Girls should too. Girls also generally have a better way of finishing things. So girls should be allowed to have the same rights as boys.

On the other hand construction sites are very dangerous so some people believe that there too dangerous for girls. The buildings also need a lot of strength to build. So generally girls are not as strong and the boss of the company might have to employ more people because girls are not as strong and it would take more of them to lift a heavy object. Also girls have babies so the boss will have to pay money to let them have a maternity leave. So maybe construction sites are not a good place for girls.

In conclusion there are clearly two sides and beliefs to this Issue. I believe that girls should have the same equal rights as boys and be allowed to work in the construction industry.

Traditionally the boys would always do the handiwork and the girls would do the sewing so they could be a good housewife for the young men. But now, just recently there has been some courses going out on offer for girls to learn about, and work on the construction sites. So, what do you think, ‘Should girls be allowed to work in the construction industry?’

Girls should at least have some of the same opportunities as boys have. Attenetion to detail is a very big thing while working in the construction industry, because if people take shortcuts while constructing something it could turn out to be a major disaster. Usually people think that girls have more ‘attention to detail’ then boys do.                                

Also people might say, girls shouldn’t work in this industry because if they break a nail they will winge and they might think that if they had to get to a job early in the morning they would probably think that they wouldn’t want to get up that early and then come home late at night. But just wait, if they were so worried about breaking a nail they wouln’t be working in the construction industry, so they obviously don’t care about that girly stuff.

On the other hand though, construction sites are dangerous work places. Most girls aren’t as strong as most boys and it can put other workers at risk. for example, if a boy asked a girl to help him lift something heavy the girl might drop it accidently and because all of the weight would be on the part that the boy was holding it could be to heavy and that could lead to the boy breaking his back.

Also, girls have babies and that means that they would need to take some time off to be with there baby and there wouldn’t be enough people at the construction site.

In conclusion, there is clearly two sides to this issue. So I believe that there should be poisitions for girls in the construction industry because it can sometimes be very difficult for workplaces to find more people to work for them if they are short of staff.

Traditionally girls have done sewing cooking . and Traditionally men worked on building sites. but what if girls worked on a building sites “wouldn’t that be rater up side down” i hear you say well not any more ladies have been working in construction sites for quite a while and more and more girls are picking up the tools. should girls be allowed to pike up the tools?

yes girls can because girls have far more attention to detail by the way it would be sexist  if we just say ” no your a girl” it’s not right. also increase of population means more people and more house more schools. and were running out of builders so doesn’t it seem right to let girls have a chance.

on the other hand  building is a mans job girls aren’t as strong as boys and that could lead to hurt/ or broken bones. also girls have babies so that means if they are pregnent there is paid leave and construction don’t want to pay someone money if they don’t have to

there are 2 sides to this story  i think that girls should be able to be on a building site. Sometimes boys do cooking kniting and sewing and if girls want to get down and dirty they can.

You have probably seen builders working on loads of different structures such as houses, apartments, schools, bridges and lot lot more. In the old days boys would learn how to weld or how to be a carpenter and girls would learn how to sow or cook. Thats all about to change though.

The good thing about girls being construction workers is that they pay more attention to detail. They finish things off better than men that leave it a bit rough. The population of Australia is growing. That means more shops, school, houses and roads. Men are loosing interest in construction and want to start other jobs so girls are starting to come to the rescue.

On the other hand construction sites are dangerous places. Girls aren’t as strong as men so they wont be able to carry large loads such as a pile of wooden planks. The men on the site might be mean to the girls or even harass them.

It is evident that there are two sides to this issue. In my opinion girls should work at construction sites because if they dont want to do anything else they should be able to become a builder. Girls should get down and dirty if they want to.

In the past men work in the construction work and the girls went and did the cooking. And now resonly the girls are helping the building population and starting thier apership.

Girls shouild be allod to go into the construstion work to help the building population so it can build more shops ,schools and more.

Construstion sites are dangours foe male and female. Girls arnt as strong enough they may need tow girls to equal a man. And some girls not all but some wine about things.

In conclusion I think girls should be able to work in construckion site they can do what they wont everybody has a apinyin.

A while a go in the past when your parents went to school boys use to go do wood work and girls use to do cooking and things. Now girls are getting more interested in the construction working and taking the mens place.

Firstly girls should have the same oppertunities as boys. We also need more construction workers because the population is rising and we also need to build more houses and buildings.

On the other hand construction sites are dangerous work places for girls. They can put people at risk. Girls are also not as strong as the boys so they can’t lift big peices of wood to other places.

It is evedent that their are clearly two sides to this issue. I believe in my opinion that girls should be able to be construction workers because it is a free country and they can learn anything they want.
