Is fame worth it? Every child dream is to be famous when they are older. Everybody wants to have time in the spotlight. But do they really know what the sacrifices are to be famous. If you walk outside or go down to the shops paparazzi are everywhere. Being famous is meant to be amazing but is it really?

Firstly, all your privacy goes away. The paparazzi is always around the corner. The media posts things that u might not like them to know, all your family is interrupted by paparazzi, the media, social media and fans. So is being famous what it is cut out to be?

Secondly, celebrates are meant to have a great reputation, appearance and being a good role model. Such as not doing the right thing unlike drugs, gambling and booze all contribute to being a good role model.

Lastly, does fame get you happiness? Part of fame means that you get to spend with your family and friends, and have a normal life. If you walk outside the media is always there.

Is fame really worth it? You have no privacy. Do you really have any happiness when you are famous? After all we are only human.

Holes is an amazing book with lots of conflict which is set in Texas. It all started 100 years ago with Elya Yelnats and a pig. There is a wide range of characters, some are mean, some are nice and lots in the middle. It jumps back from the past to the present and it all weaves together towards the end.

Holes has many different and interesting characters with two friends who uncover the mysteries of  Camp Green Lake. Stanley Yelnats is accused of stealing Clyde Livingston’s shoes given a choice Camp Green Lake or Jail. At camp green lake there are 6 people in group D.Every day they wake up and dig a hole % feet dig and 5 feet wide there are a lot of different personalities.

The events from the past and the present meet up towards the end. The boys thought that they were sent to Camp Green Lake to build character but soon they find out that instead they were there to find the hidden treasure left by the feared Kissin Kate Barlow!

My favourite character would be Zero because he has a lot of personality and is very different.

Holes is an amazing book and you will be question what you know…..

                       Our camp started on the 14Th of February. We arrived at school we were very excited. We pack the bus and left school heading for Wilson’s Promontory. after 1 1/2 hours we stopped at Leongatha to have some lunch and then we set off again for the prom.

We Finlay arrived at tidal River after a long 3 1/2 hours on the bus. we set up our tents, had dinner then we walked up mt. Oberon . The walk was long and annoying but it was worth the view. When we got back we had some Milo then went to bed. It is very hard to go to sleep because somebody is snoring and the tent was squeaking but i got to sleep eventually

On the following day our rotations started we did surfing which was fun but there was a lot of crabs (i got bitten twice) After Lunch we did bike riding/shop which were both awesome. We bought lots of lollies then we had some dinner. after dinner we went for a walk then it was time for bed.

We woke up the next morning and went for a run then we started our activities We had canoeing and abseiling. That was my favourite activity. After lunch we had boogie boarding which was fun. After Dinner we did trivia we were in groups and had to answer some questions next we went to bed.

We woke up on   went to our chosen activities i picked Orienteering which was amazing and our group won so we got a packed of lollies. After lunch we started our second chosen activity i picked beach cricket and that was fun then we went to the beach after dinner to see the final of the flag’s race. We had red faces next and that was very funny and awesome.

it was Friday so that was the last day of our camp so we packed up our tents then we packed the bus after 1 1/2 hours we stopped at Leongatha to have some lunch then we got back on the bus to go home we arrived at school then waited for Mum to pick me up.                                             THE END                                                                                                                                              Music- Kanye West feat.
